Contains 10ml: CBD stands for Cannabidiol, a compound naturally found in the industrial hemp plant. CBD has been subject to a great deal of publicity in recent years. DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Adults only (18 years and over). Take one spray, under the tongue 5-6 times per day.
Hold under the tongue for at least 10 seconds. Ideally before a meal.
